SOON is an infrastructure project focused on building a high-performance rollup stack for Layer 1s, powered by the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM). Its Decoupled SVM design is intended to support SVM rollups across different Layer 1s, with native fraud proofs, reduced data availability costs, and horizontal scaling capacity. The project’s Super Adoption Stack (SAS) is designed to provide native interoperability among SOON chains and with Solana and TON.
