QuickSwap is a community decentralized exchange (DEX) and DeFi hub designed to bring multiple decentralized finance functions into one interface across EVM networks including Base Chain, Polygon PoS, Somnia, Soneium, X Layer, Immutable zkEVM, and others. Launched in 2020, its stated product scope includes token swaps, liquidity provision, yield farming, decentralized perpetual trading, and staking. The platform is associated with the Polygon and Ethereum ecosystems, as well as categories covering exchange-based tokens, derivatives, perpetuals, and DeFi. QUICK is the platform’s native ecosystem token, intended for functions such as staking and governance. The QUICK token was introduced through a 2022 redenomination from the former QUICK token at a 1:1,000 ratio, using a token split. QuickSwap’s token design also describes a buyback and burn mechanism linked to protocol revenue.
